First i had to eat brekkie, of course: 12 grain tortilla, egg substitute, turkey sausage, salsa, green onion and some berries.
Then it's off for a session under the lights. I go because it does my psoriasis a world of good and it's been bad lately.
After i had a great walk, then home for lunch and then off to yoga :)
After yoga i'll go grocery shopping!! Finally home to make dinner and relax.
