Weekly goal update...


Last weeks goals:
1. Exercise again at least 5 out of 7 days-I did get some exercise in, including stripping and waxing the floor. But i did less that 5 days this week.

2. To get 10,000 steps at least a day on my pedometer ( I'm close to it now but i have a few days of near misses)-Close but no cigar

3. Sort out my back packs and bags!-Umm no :(

4. Delete old photo's on my camera-i did delete some but i still have some deleting to do!

5. Have fun!!!!!-Now that i aced in :)


So while this week wasn't great goal wise, i did have a great week and my mind was in a good place.


This weeks goals:
1. Try to exercise 4 days this week


2. Make sure to get my water in


3. Delete more pictures!


4. Catch up on my blogging and post more this week :)


5. Stop and smell the roses this week! Slow down and find the positives in my life.

My goals for this week.

* To get up to 5k a day -- have to be there for the 'race for life' on 16th - not going to be easy - got blisters - sigh.
*Water - water...you can take a camel to the water, you can even take the water to the camel - but try and get the stupid thing to drink!!!
* Do at least 1 hour of patching each day - got to have that quilt done for the 7th -- not sure its going to happen.
* Have kitchen ship shape and bristol fashion by 10am every day.
* Make a phone call to The Valkyrie. (I might explain that one day lol)

Great list and looks like you did pretty good on your goals this week. #5 new goal was a literal one for me, I planted 2 rose bushes this weekend *smile*. Great picture, would love to have that tree in my yard.

Ok, I'm so sorry for laughing, but I couldn't help but notice that the cleaning of the backpacks and bags didn't make it to this weeks goal list!

I am soooo terrible about having 55 million bags that I use (2-3 for work) gym bag, purse, camera bag, etc etc etc...
