A few new things i'm trying today :)

The first new thing i tried were these broccoli/cheese muffins that i found in the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook. My honest opinion: Absolutely awesome :) think of the possible exchanges for these!

Two more things i tried today for lunch were grilled chicken smothered nachos and for dessert chocolate coconut caramel sundae (i didn't put whipped cream on top because i simply can't have that in the house without eating the whole thing).

I have to tell you that i'm feeling back to normal today, thank goodness. This time it was so hard to get back into my "comfort zone" with food/exercise/and my mind!!  I need to remember this and stay away from trigger foods. Sometimes i swear i'm just a sugar junkie.

Today i didn't have enough time to go on a walk before work but i did manage to do a few body weight exercises :)

Anyway it's time to get ready for work. Hope you are having a great day!

Oh and if you have any new recipes you've tried lately i'd love to hear about them.

Getting caught up on you. Glad to hear you are feeling better. Sometimes TCB takes over. It's encouraging to remember that everything changes.

How nice that your daughter is with you. She is a cute girl with lots of cool stuff. She could make a small fortune on ebay :)

I so know what you mean about trigger foods and trigger "things." I've got so many triggers, I'm a regular firing range! You're doing a great job!

Those broccoli cheese muffins look so good! I have the BL cookbook, but not the family one :-( I may have to investigate that one and add to my collection ;-)
