Question day once again!!


1. When you eat out what is the main thing that you are looking for on the menu?? (can say more than one thing)

2. To make a glass of water more appealing i like to put a wedge of lemon or lime and a cranberry or a blueberry or blackberry! Makes it seem like a "grown up" drink :) What do you do to make your water more appetizing??

3. If you eat cold cereal what one is your favorite??

4.What's for dinner??

5. What part of your body are you proudest of??

  1. 1. At the moment the healthiest option, usually grilled chicken with a huge salad, salads are fab this time of year.

    2. I'm boring, I just do the water.

    3.Cheerios, just love 'em.

    4.I'm having my main meal at lunchtime due to a darling grandaughters birthday party this evening, so to be good it will be a tuna salad. Then I can have some birthday cake tonight:)

    3. Don't eat cold cereal, but I do enjoy Quaker Oats Squares - so sugary though

    4. Dinner? Tonite? Oh Man. I hate making dinner every night. Probably something easy, as it's soccer night.

    5. This is hard. There isn't really any part that I am particularly proud of these days - maybe my uterus for doing it's job housing my 3 babies! Ha!

  4. 1. I have to admit I'm pretty terrible at choosing healthy options when I am out...need to work on that!

    2. I like a wedge of lemon :)

    3. I love mini-wheats, but at the moment I am trying multi-grain Cheerios.

    4.Lobster and corn bisque with bread. :)

    2. I actually like water as is, so I don't do anything to it.

  6. This is one of my favorite posts every week.

    1. Anything grilled. Chicken, Steak or Shrimp

    2. I don't do water much
    but when I do I like to put frozen crystal light cubes in it.

    3. Cheerios of course

    4. Dinner tonight is Pork tenderloin with bacon wrapped around it. Grilled veggies and unsweet tea.

  7. 1. Usually fish of some type.
    2. I like a splash of lemon or lime.
    3. I like to mix a few different types (no sugar coated though)
    4. Shrimp salad with lots of veggies.
    5. Nothing. My chest is too small and my butt is too big. OK...if really pressed to write something I'd say my arms they are thin (but wiggly).

  8. 1. When you eat out what is the main thing that you are looking for on the menu?? (can say more than one thing).....my first thought is 'is there anything 'legal' -- followed by 'I can excuse that' -- but I guess its what I am not looking for that most attention is paid to, two things -- fat and cream. Dont get me wrong - I would love to eat them - I looooooove cream - but I also know that they have an effect on more than the scales...guilt being the main problem.

  9. 1. Usually I'm looking to see if anything has fruit flavors. If I get a little sweetness with the meat or main course I'm so much better about dessert.

    2. A strawberry and a mint leaf. SO good!! Sometimes I add a lemon slice for good measure.

    3. I love Kix!!

    4. Something involving ground beef...I have been looking up recipes this afternoon!

    5. I love my hair but my legs are making me really happy lately!! Mostly because with my walking they're getting much nicer looking :)
