One thing that did happen today was that i made protein waffles. I've learnt my lesson. If the recipe does not have oil in it you HAVE to oil the waffle maker. Not the waffle makers fault by any means and the first one that was an experiment really wasn't too hard to get off :) In the end i made an pretty good waffle with lemon yogurt and blueberries.

And the walk was a beatiful 55 minute walk on a nice warm (no humidity), no rain and no snow.

Mmm...waffles...I had frozen waffles, but they didn't look nearly as good as yours!!
