I go back to work Thursday so i plan on enjoying these last few days!!
Today i'm meeting up with my walking group and instead of just strolling around the track i plan on completing 20 laps or 5k!!
Next week i'll try and better that.
The track is going to be closed for August for repairs :( However, i think the group will either be walking outside or finding another track :)
I tried something new for brekkie today, light laughing cow and strawberry jam on a whole wheat waffle, not too shabby i must say. Oh and the few chunks of pineapple on the side? Awesome!!
I'm definitely feeling my arms today guess i did do some good moves yesterday even if i was using light weights. I will gradually increase the weight but i wanted to finish the entire workout and feel good afterwards so i started light.
What is your favorite dumbbell move???
Next i have to figure out some good leg exercises. I did do some plie squats with weight yesterday, but i need to get some lunges in there. I plan on doing a few planks today.
I'll be back later with some pic's from the park! Have a great day

Enjoy your days off! :) Brekkie looks great. Mmmmm. D
You are one of the harest working bloggers in all of Blogland!
Sounds like a good workout !
Favorite dumbbell would be simple isolated curls. They really get my arms sore and shaking the last few reps of the final set. 5k walks are my favorite distance, they leave no room for doubt you put in a great effort.
Enjoy the rest of your time off!
My fave arm moves are tricep dips - I love to work those little tricep muscles!
Good luck finding another track or place to walk!
I <B laughing cow cheese!
Good luck on increasing your walking distances. I'm sure you'll do great.
Favorite dumbell move: Shoulder Press and/or triceps dip (behind your head).
I do not have a favorite dumbbell move yet. I do love walking though and 5k's are my thing. I have not done one in a while due to the heat though.
Love the laughing cow in the waffles!
I love doing tricep moves - not sure what its called though! :D
Great job on setting a goal of 5K! As always your waffles look super...I'm licking the screen now ;-)
Good luck on walking the 5k!! Those waffles look SOOOOO good! I need a waffle iron!
Congrats on the 5k. Way to go! I'm the dumbell most of the time so I don't have a favorite move or exercise.
Great pics!
