So i decided to get out for some exercise today!
A bit of background: A year ago i had two stents put in to open an almost completely blocked main artery at the top of my right leg. I had to wait quite a while to get surgery and one of the hardest things to do was walking on any kind of incline. Really painful.
So i'm really not very good at hills but i am trying to change that. Especially since it doesn't hurt now but i have absolutely no conditioning for hills.
This is a very steep hill that they use for tobogganing in the winter :)
Last time i could only do 3 in 4.25 minutes
Today i did 5 in 7.51 minutes
I'm getting there slowly but surely!!
This afternoon i'm giving my legs a break and going on one of my strolls in the woods. Back with pic's later.
