This has definitely not been my best week, BUT i am working hard to turn it around!
Last weeks goals:
1. Keep the kitchen table clear of junk-didn't happen
2. Do a new dumbbell move :)-planned it but didn't do it
3. Won't be able to use the track this week due to a civic holiday but i will do an extra speed walk-didn't happen
4. Try to stretch after working out-no workout no stretch
5. Stay away from work food (i supervise a coffee/donut shop)-this is exactly what led to my downfall
This weeks goals:
1. Track everything
2. Aim for working out 3 days this week
3. Stay completely away from foods that i know are triggers
4. Do what i know is best for me
5. Just do the best i can :)
Like i said, not a good week however, i know i can turn it around!! Hope your having a good and healthy weekend.

oh no! is their a nearby health food shoppe where you could get a job? Sounds dangerous.
Suzi, This is what I've been telling myself....This is not a race...It's a "life"style!! And life happens every day...You just do the best you can. Some days you make your plan happen and some days you don't. Just got to pick youself back up and keep going. The other thing I say is, "Don't ever, ever, ever give up!! Keep focused - you can do this!! I believe in you!!!! Hugs!
