Back in the saddle again :)

So the hubs convinced me to go on another hour bike ride. I loved it my butt no so much :)

And the only near casualty tonight was a frog! Happily he made it to the other side without being squished.

I was going to make fish taco's however i was feeling lazy and it was hot in the house so we ended up having fish and low fat fries. Oh well.

Now i'm back to vegging :) Hope your hving a good night!
