So today i slept in a little. Always a good start to a day off :) However tomorrow i need to be up at 5:45 am to work first thing in the morning. I never work this shift but i guess they're super busy on the first day of school. Oh and i get Wednesday and Thursday off.
Today's extra exercise is the plank! It's good to strengthen the core. After doing a couple of those i decided to fit in a weight workout because tomorrow i'll be tired by the time i get home. Really enjoying feeling stronger.
I also took Fred out for a ride. We have quite a thing going on i tell ya. The only downside was that it was raining heavily before we got home. Oh and he still needed a couple of breaks but hey what can you do.
Ralph and i have decided to bike to Waterloo later this week and if it's too much we can always hop on the bus as all the buses here have bicycle racks on the front of them.
We stopped at an awesome cafe/bakery for a coffee break before we headed home. This place was awesome and served only fair trade organic coffee and even has a an awesome oven for pizza :) The other thing they do is have an honor system for paying. You get your own stuff and drop your payment in a money box! We had a blast. I see more biking adventures before winter.
