Started this morning with a good brekkie then it was on with the shoes and out the door :)
Got in a good 48 minute walk and came back red, hot and sweaty! Gulped a few gallons of water. Oh and i saw a white tailed deer today but it was across the path and into the woods before i could turn my camera on :(
So now i'm off to make my lunch before i go to work. Hopefully by then i won't look hot and sweaty, well i could look hot :)
Have a great day!

Days that start with exercise are days off on a good note. Hot & Sweaty, gotta like it like that.
look? what about the smell?
Cute chipmunk. I think he was checkin' you out!
Beautiful picures, Suzi! I love how I always feel as though I've been on your walk with you...well visually, at least! If only I could get the other benefits of your walks by just looking at your blog! THAT would be something, huh? I will be following on your path regularly again, now that I am back to blogging. I missed you. How's your lovely cat?
Great pics as always. I wish my walking trail was as pretty as yours. Cute littel chipmunk..
Hottie!
Every time my son hears me say Man, I'm hot. He tells me to stop bragging...lol.
Kids, gotta love 'em
Beautiful pictures, as always!
Hot and sweaty, or sweat and hottie? (I know, that makes no sense, but we say it in our family because it's funny).
You seem to live a wonderful life, finding beauty all around you. Truly, it is in the eye of the beholder and you take the pics to share with us. Thanks for that.
I always feel better after visiting your blog.
beautiful pictures--and I love that little lane. I seriously want to walk down it. I don't think I've ever seen a path, a trail or a lane that didn't beckon to me. :)

Chuckle. I don't know what's wrong with my comments. I really only published one comment! Deb
I LOVE your blog! The photos are lovely! You are so lucky to have seen so many beautiful things on your walk.
Fantastic pictures. What a great place to walk - thanks for sharing :)
I always admire people who exercise first thing - and then go on to do a day's work. (I am not sure I could motivate myself - so well done Suzi.)
