Yogurt. I'm pre-procedure today, so no solid foods. Yuck.

Bought a beautiful, organic, heirloom tomato - a stripey - just sliced it up and ate it as a side dish.

3. What is your favorite muffin if you eat them?? Is your favorite the top or the bottom?? me luv all muffin...me resort to primal responses when it comes to muffins...all muffins..all the time..top top top .....(i don't actually have muffins very often. chocolate chip and or punkin. )

5. What was the last thing you ate that you really enjoyed and was healthy at the same time?? today's breakfast of an oatmeal pumpkin pancake with only milk, pumpkin, and flax meal added to a lower sugar maple flavored oatmeal packet--worked fine without eggs

Wednedsay Again...it's Scarey!!
1.Yes we have a refresher course every year and I agree with Anne.
2. Egg mayonnaise on a rustic roll.
3. Apple and Cinnamon.
4. To waste on regret's.
5. Fruit Salad for my break this morning, melon, pinapple, kiwi fruit, grapes.
1) Yes I know CPR and yes I've had to use. No fun.
2) Lunch today-cantelope, cottage cheese and grapes.
3)Oatmeal raisin, homemade w/ wheat flour and yogurt instead of oil
4)Life is too short for...not appreciating the ones you love.
5)Last night I had grilled rosemary pork chops and roasted broccoli. It was healthy and OH so yummy.

5. DH & I went out last night & I had a Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap w/ spicy peanut sauce. It was appetizer size & I went light on the sauce when making each wrap.

1. Yes, over 10 years ago and luckily I've never had to use it. Need a refresher course.
2. I'm thinking either a Buffalo Chicken Wrap or a Taco Salad. Kinda of a clean out the fridge lunch type of day.
3. Blueberry with butter. Tops only if they are crunchy. The whole thing if it's soft.
4. ...not to be healthy.
5. My breakfast burrito that I just made. Was really good, huge and delish! Boy, my tastes sure have changed!
1. Yes, I've learned CPR, and had to use it many times. Comes with working in EMS :)
2. Turkey sandwich on oat bread, hold the condiments.
3. Blueberry all the way! I like the tops better than the "stump"
4. I could argue philosophically that life is the longest thing we do. But I agree in principle that life is too short to not take care of yourself!
