  1. Every time I realize it's Question Day, I wonder where the week went!
    1. Frequency of weigh-ins? Normally, daily, but due to recent changes that would drive my weight up, I've put it away until Friday.
    2. Breakfast today? Water, coffee, a banana, and mid-morning, a small bowl of Vanilla Kashi Go-Lean Crunch with some Mini-Choco Weetabix (I think it's made in Germany, and it's high in fibre.)
    3. Favorite pizza topping? Cheese.
    4. Time I get up? 7 am...to get the kids up for school
    5. How many pillows? I put my head on one, and use the other one to put my arm around. Occasionally, I use the 2nd pillow to use as a baricade between my head and Mr. Debbie's, if he's snoring or has bad breath -
    sorry! :)
    6. Word to describe me? Today I would say "talkative"...can't you tell?

    Weekly at the minute, though i still think that's too often

    A banana before my run...i know it's not much, but i usually don't have anything and am trying to change my ways

    Seafood

    between 6.30 and 10am...lol...i'm out of work at the minute and while i'm hunting for a job my sleeping patterns have been far from consistent.

    5. How many pillows do you sleep on??

  3. I weigh myself daily. It keeps me honest and aware. I haven't had breakfast yet, but it will probably be half of a whole wheat sandwich thin with a Tbsp of Jif Natural peanut butter. My favorite pizza topping is bacon! I get up at 6 am. I sleep with one pillow under my noggin and one to wrap my arm around. My one word: Improving.

  5. 1. How many times do you step on the scale? Weekly/daily/monthly??

    I weigh daily. I try to stay below a certain "red line". Daily weighing allows me to make smaller, easier adjustments when I notice movement in the upward direction. So far, so good.

    2. What did you have for breakfast today??

    I will have a veggie and egg white omelet on a toasted half piece of herbed Flat Out bread. It's my go-to breakfast of late.

    3. What is your favorite pizza topping??

    I cannot possibly answer this question. It would be like asking who is my favorite blogger! In the top five would be Hawaiin and Margherita pizza.

    4. What time do you get up in the morning??

    I'm an insomniac. I get up far earlier than I'd wish on my worst enemy.

    5. How many pillows do you sleep on??

    I sleep with two pillows in sort of an inverted V configuration.

  6. 1. I step on the scale every morning, two times- just to make sure it's right. :)

    2. Oatmeal w/ banana and peanut butter and a glass of milk.

    1. How many times do you step on the scale? Weekly/daily/monthly??
    Officially once weekly, on my Sunday weigh-day, but there are times where I peek at it during the week now and then, generally on Wednesday just to see my progress.

    2. What did you have for breakfast today??
    I haven't, yet, but I will just be eating some quick high-fiber oatmeal.

    3. What is your favorite pizza topping??
    Chicken and plenty of cheese. Preferrably with a white sauce.

    4. What time do you get up in the morning??
    Anywhere from 5am to 10am. It depends on what time I get to sleep, and how much my body decides to let me sleep.

    5. How many pillows do you sleep on??
    2, half the time I use one to cuddle with.

    6. Bonus question: What one word would you use to describe yourself??

  10. 1. How many times do you step on the scale? Weekly/daily/monthly??
    I officially do it once a week and then a few days in between too. If I start gaining, I want to know about it so that I can change whatever I am doing to gain it.
    2. What did you have for breakfast today?? I haven't yet, but the plan is multigrain cheerios and a boiled egg.
    3. What is your favorite pizza topping?? Mushrooms, fresh ones, not canned.

    4. What time do you get up in the morning?? Lately I have been getting up at 5:30.
    5. How many pillows do you sleep on?? 2 under my head, 1 regular pillow and one special neck pillow because I had a spinal fusion and one little one between my knees.
    6. Bonus question: What one word would you use to describe yourself?? That typically would depend on the day, but overall, unique.

    Ok then..

    1.I weigh once a week.

    2. today's breakfast was Cheerio's, sliced banana and vanilla yogurt.

    3.I like a thin crust Margherita pizza.

    4. Depends if I have managed to sleep, if I have it is 7am, if not I can be up at 4am.

    5. Start with two end up with one.

    4. What time do you get up in the morning?? I work afternoon shift so i generally get up between 8 and 10

    Twice a month, most of the time.

    2. What did you have for breakfast today?? Cup cold cereal, 3 oz OJ, and milk: all under 300 calories

    Pineapple

    When I work about 6:30 in the summer when I do not work: 7:30.

    Three and they MUST be soft and squishy.
