Got up a little early today so that i had time for a quick walk and a visit to the grocery store.
Then it was home for lunch and get ready for work. Oh well at least my day will go fast :)
This week is a three day work week because i'm taking Sunday off to go to a friends birthday party which will be celebrated with Chinese food. I'm not going to sweat it, i'll just pick food as healthy as i can and then get back to my normal routine.
