A walk and weekly goals!

I don't know why but the last few weeks i've forgotten to do my weekly goals! The last week has been a very good one for me both in exercise and food :) An unbeatable pair. Today's exercise is tricep extensions and yes i'm definitely going to be feeling them tomorrow.feeling it already.
Goals for this week:
1. Keep doing the daily exercise and have fun
2. Get some great bike rides in with the hub (I have plans to bike to a new coffee shop tomorrow)
3. Paint my toenails, they are in a desperate state!
4. Do my stretches, i'm really lazy about these.

This morning i went out on another walk before the rain came. I do have to admit it's like meditation time for me. I'm usually the only person out there besides the animals and i really do love it. It just makes my whole day go smoother.

As far as the biking goes i achieved way more than i ever have this before. I went on 3 rides for an hour each! O.k i had to stop a couple of times to let Fred (the bike) take a breather, but before that i was lucky to do 20 minutes and i'd be in pain. And i really enjoyed it! So buying Fred was a really good decision.

Do you have an exercise that you really enjoy or might even say have fun with????

I always love your goals posts.
It reminds me of some self care things I can do for myself.
AKA-a little toe nail painting party would be good.

Your legs are going to get so strong and fit from the biking . hope you get in plenty of rides before your weather turns too cold.

Now, I want to know what the plant is with the raspberry like cluster of red little berries. The photo above the purple photo.

Gorgeous pictures, as always. What kind of camera do you use? Are you a professional photographer? I've never heard you talk about it as a profession, but you're really good.

My favorite exercise where I truly have fun is biking. I love it!

I love painted toe nails and your pictures. Always enjoy those. I'm just trying to figure out what I'm going to name my bike when I buy him or her. I think it's far more personal and I'm stealing the idea from you :-)

I have decided to name my bike Betsy. She's pink and has a basket on the front. I love Betsy!

I think tricep strength training exercises are among my favorite. probably because my tri'sare the most define set of muscles I have.

Likewise I find walking like meditation. I have the greatest self-talks when I am walking. An exercise which allows you to get the body fit and the mind as well, I call that a bonus!

Love the pictures as always and I love that you call your bike Fred. I will get my new bike next week and I am so excited. I have not thought up a name yet, but I will. We will have to get to know each other first. lol

Walking is my favorite, especially now that the weather will be a little cooler. Looking for something inside for the winter.
