Weekly goal update...


This week has not been my finest, not a failure because i don't believe i am! It was a week where i didn't make the wisest choices. I made choices that would not get me where i want to go.

Last weeks goals:
Goals for this week:
1. Keep doing the daily exercise and have fun-i did exercise 4 out of 7 days not as much as i wanted to
2. Get some great bike rides in with the hub (I have plans to bike to a new coffee shop tomorrow)-Did i tell you what happened the day we wanted to go for the ride?? Well i get my helmet on, my bike outside we're all ready then we realized that the hubs bikes has a total flat. Do we have a spare tube?? No, so back inside we went and 5 minutes later it poured down buckets of rain. 
3. Paint my toenails, they are in a desperate state!-Ummmm they're still very desperate
4. Do my stretches, i'm really lazy about these.-this i have been doing and the legs are feeling pretty good for it :)


So i'm going to make the same goals this week because they are goals i need to do!

Not a failure, because I don't believe I am! That says it all. I really didn't set goals last week, so that's probably why I didn't achieve them. But I was mindful and that's what matters. Oh, yeah, and do your stretches...look at our cats, they know what they are doing, because, after all, they are in it for themselves :-)
