Another new recipe that i'm enjoying!


Wasn't really hungry for lunch today so instead i made a pumpkin smoothie with protein! Hit the spot :)

I tweaked this recipe just a bit by substituting quork for yogurt because it has 11g of protein for 100g. I also used almond breeze instead of milk and i added 1/2 scoop of whey protein powder!  Oh and i didn't need ice because my pumpkin was still partially frozen. Then i sprinkled a tsp of granola and a few cocoa nibs on top.

I thought for sure you would say it was some kind of coffee protein smoothie when I looked at it lol. Pumpkin sounds yummy though too.
