Felt so good yesterday i just had to do it again!

Today i knew i had to go to the bank and then go grocery shopping! So i set the alarm an hour earlier than yesterday so i'd have time to get my breakfast (pumpkin/cranb protein pancakes) and go for a walk/run before i went to the bank and grocery shopping.

I'm on a roll now :)

And yes i did remember my sports bra today! So much better.

Oh and i also did some more squats and pushups and threw a few crunches in just for good measure. I find that when i exercise i find it a lot easier to not eat at work (coffee/donut shop).

For lunch today i had spaghetti squash, laughing cow light cheese, shrimp and peppers :)

How is your day going??

hmmmm, what's spaghetti squash - it looks very nice, although admittedly the squash could just be basking in the reflected glory of those gorgeous looking prawns [Drooling...].

How's the run/walking going? Well, i hope.

The spaghetti squash/shrimp/laughing cow is a BRILLIANT idea !!!

Running/walking is doing pretty good. Spaghetti squash is a squash that after you've cooked it you take a fork to take the 'meat' out and it's comes off like spaghetti noodles :) It's a great alternative to noodles.

I have never tried "spaghetti squash" but I keep hearing about it so I'm starting to think I'm really missing out on something lol. Your lunch looks so good! What kind of squash do you use and how do you cook it??

Kj the squash is actually called spaghetti squash. I cut it in half scoop out the seeds and put it cut side down in a microwavable pan with 1/2" of water.
When soft you simply take a fork and scoop it out. It comes out looking like spaghetti :)

Love the foodie pictures. Yum. So far a great day. It was a great evening and biked downtown to our orchestra concert (another 8 miles). Have a good weekend!
