Monday, monday....

Today started with french toast :) Made healthy of course!

Then it was off to two meetings where i volunteer. Took my lunch with me:

Exercise was walking to the meeting and a walk in the woods when i got home.

Now i'm sitting here catching up on blogs and enjoying a glass of wine!

Oh and yes today i did some plie squats.

hmmmm, just googled "plie squats" as i've never done them before....think i'll incorporate them into the 200 squats plan i follow. Squats really get my heart rate going, but they are soooo painful when you reach your endurance level. Thanks for the tip suzi.
