Sometimes i could just kick myself :)


This morning i got up and made some more protein banana pancakes! Hey i needed some energy today :)

Then it was off to catch the bus, of course i'll got off early so i can get some walking in. Today i was supposed to be helping to stuff over 400 envelopes with our newsletter and invitations to a Christmas bingo and Christmas dinner and party.
They do order in pizza for lunch so i took along my trusty boost meal replacement and some more peppers and tomatoes and cucumbers! Hey you've got to do what you've got to do.

So i get there and i'm the only one there!! O.k what's up?? Well i got the wrong day it was supposed to be November 1st. Don't i look like an idiot :)  It's also my day off of work and i could have slept in.

Oh well i grabbed my stuff and took the bus to my favorite health food store to pick up some bread and other stuff.

As soon as i take my kale chips out of the oven i'm off to the woods to do some walking/running.

Tonight we're throwing some blue menu hamburgers (lower fat) on the bbq and i'm going to have some salad with it and a couple of 67 calorie beers. Hey it may be my weekend but i'm staying within my points.

yeah that is a Shane moment for the record. I get dates wrong alot. Kathy is my rock for those things

Oh, that is sad, but you got in some nice exercise, shopping, at within points ... AND you can always catch up on sleep by going to bed earlier tonight. Fantastic day!! Don't kick yourself, unless you want the extra exercise.

I have plenty of moments like that!
