Spaghetti squash and pumpkin pie spiced butternut squash!

Wasn't that the longest title i've ever had :)

Started today with some blueberry/cranberry protein pancakes with blueberry sauce.

Then i had to fuel up with lunch: Spaghetti squash was for my lunch along with some more kale chips and a protein drink!

Anyway the hubs is off visiting a friend this afternoon so i figured since i was well fueled up i'd go off on Fred (the bike) for a fun ride! And what fun we had.... went places we'd never been before. How did i not find this place before?????

Oh and by the way i love squats even if my thighs feel like jello today :) I did the regular squats yesterday as well as some plie squats and then... i did the ones they taught me when i was going to the YMCA. Put on foot on a step and the other on the ground and squat!! Holy molly i now know what my inner thigh muscle feels like!! Have to remember to do that again tomorrow if i'm able to :)

Pumpkin pie spiced butternut squash is going to be part of dinner :) Click on the link for the recipe.

Hope you like the squash!! I just bought one and am debating making that again or something new. Yum on the morning pancakes! We're doing pancakes for dinner tonight! Thanks!

Drooling over your pictures, and the butternut squash ! You can interchange butternut squash for pumpkin in a lot of recipes, so why not spice it like pumpkin ? We have been eating a lot of spaghetti squash here as well- it has been so cheap !

Yeah, Fred!! Breakfast and dinner look totally yummy. I hear you on the Jello thighs - that comment made me laugh because I remember doing squats and feeling okay and then walking up the stairs - JELLO. But I love squats too...lunges, that's a different story. Way to be healthy, Suzi.
