Weekly goal update...
Last weeks goals:
1. Get some more bike rides in before it gets really cold!-Well i got one ride in and then got sick :(
2. Work on my speed walking this week-Well on the walks i went on i pumped it up but i didn't get enough walks in this week!
3. Do some push ups 3x this week-Did this 2x
4. Try another new to me food this week-This i aced, i tried butternut squash soup and loved it.
5. Enjoy my dinner out with the hubs for both of our birthdays which are this week :) And don't stress about getting older!- Yeah i'm feeling pretty chillaxed!
This weeks goals:
1. Get my butt on that bike!
2. Get more walks in
3. Do some squats this week
4. Try another new recipe or food
5. Take care of myself and get better!

One of your goals should be to get better. Colds seem to just stick around forever. I hope you get to feeling better...
For me it is going to me stay within my points range and health goals, find ways to get in some kind of exercise ( still really struggling with this one) and say no to Starbucks Pumpkin Lattes !!!!

I love trying new healthy recipes too! It's always great to discover something that is tasty, yet nutritious and that can fit into a healthy diet plan.
Glad you're chilled...what can we do about it anyway, huh? You and I will both hit the big 5-0 next year and I want to go in with a bang!
Goals for the week - Keep my calories intake at no more than 1,500 per day and 2.5 hours of exercise. Woo hoo!

First thing I plan to do is weigh myself tomorrow - I haven't since early September, and my pants are feeling tight.
I also need to start weighing my portions again - too many licks or tastes lately!
I have some exciting, brand-spanking new goals set out for myself this week, including a self-designated new career: Writer! My goal is to get the first chapter of my book written. I'm *SO* excited!!
