Weekly goal update!
Last weeks goals:
1. Get my butt on that bike!-Unfortunately Fred is still lonely
2. Get more walks in-I did get some walking in but i need to work on the intensity
3. Do some squats this week-have done some but not consistently!
4. Try another new recipe or food-I made apple chips and kale chips this week
5. Take care of myself and get better!-i'm definitely feeling better this week
This weeks goals: Just three but three important ones!
1. Get my blogging mojo back
2. I want to get back to the basics! Getting up earlier so that i can get out for exercise, not eating as many carbs, getting my water in etc
3. Just do it!!!

Well first, your goals are good. Keeping it simple helps you get a streak going that you can add too. It is genius on your part!
My goals this week are to try to keep my calories closer to 1500 during the week days, and to add two laps at Wal Mart during the weekday walks. I also want to get some new recipes and try them out this week but I need Kathy for that part. I am sure she will be on board with it.

I'm glad you are gonna get your blogging mojo on again as you are one of my faves.
I have come to love doing squats, even though they make me ache like crazy and totally jack my heart rate up. I started doing lunges again this week and couldn't believe how much more they made me ache in the upper-back leg muscle thingy (i have no idea what all these fancy muscle names are, i always have to look it up on google!)
I really worked on my water intake yesterday and i think i managed the 4 pints recommended, and i felt stuffed to the gills - it definitely works as an appetite suppressant.

As to blogging, maybe explore new weight loss bloggers, I am sure there are a lot of WL bloggers I have never seen
I just need to work on being more consistent with my consistency. Happy Thanksgiving!

My goal this week is to start exercising again.
My goal outside of eating right is to exercise 5 days this coming week. I should make that this week if I get some in today.
The basics are important - they are the front line infantry in this weight loss war. Good luck with your goals this week.
Good goals! I assume your bike's name is "Fred"? Cute lol. I read somewhere last week (I don't remember if it was a blog or not, so sorry if I'm jacking this from someone) that when picking up stuff from the floor (like shoes, toys, etc) they do lunges/squats for every single item.
My goal is to start a running routine. I used to love running, it's such a stress reliever!
Keep plugging away!
