This morning i had a hearty bowl of three grain porridge with blueberries and cranberries. Really enjoyed it and was filling.
Not an hour later i wanted the snack that i had planned for later in the day: Raisin bran muffin with apple butter.
So i had it.
I was reading through blogs and i wanted something else to eat. WHY??? I haven't had this craving for food for quite a while!!
As i sat that trying to figure out what was worth me eating and i realized that my problem was i had not had any protein!!! It's as simple as that.Well that and it's almost my TOM!
With that figured out i've decided my eating is done until lunch time :) Crisis averted!
