  2. Hi! Love Wednesdays - Hope you are well, Suzi!
    1. Breakfast?...always the same...water, coffee, banana, Kashi Go Lean (or other high-fibre)cereal
    2. Water quota? Yes, since my kidney stone last year, I have to drink 2L - 2.5L of water per day. Always peeing!
    3. Holiday wt. gain? Not so worried this year. I know I can handle myself. I will have a nice Xmas dinner, and probably one special dessert. And a special workout the next day! Otherwise, it's business as usual. I want to celebrate in other ways than food.
    4. What do I want for Christmas? No idea...how sad is that?
    5. I like brown rice and barley. Not sure if couscous is actually a grain...oh, and lentils!

  3. 1. What did you have for breakfast?? I will be having Kiwi, grapes and a banana

    2. Do you set a goal for how much water you drink a day?? How much?? I try to drink my eight glasses, but I end up only drinking about 3/4 of that.

    3. How are you planning to avoid the dreaded Christmas weight gain??
First, I am going to avoid celebrating Christmas, second, since most every yummy food has eggs or milk in it, and I am allergic to both, I will be able to avoid most. THEN, whatever is left is usually figs, walnuts, and dates, and those are filling!

    4. If you celebrate Christmas what would you like for Christmas? See above

    5. What are some of the grains you use?? Barley, wheat berries, oats, quinoa etc. What's your favorite way to use them? I use barley, wheat, oats, millet, rice, corn, all of them! My favorite are the pumpkin millet muffins. I haven't made them in a while because they are gone so fast in my house that it's almost not worth it to make them.

    2. I dont really have a water goal. I naturally drink 3-5 liters of water a day, so that's never been an issue for me!

    3. I think this year I'm going to focus on not gaining more than 3 lbs or maintaining. Last year I was really focused on not allowing myself to indulge in some of my favorite holiday treats and it wound up back firing on me. I really missed those things that I can only have 1 time a year! I am also not going to let it be a whole month, but maybe allow myself those indulgences for a 1-2 week period.

    4. A case of wine from my favorite vineyard, a gift card for a massage, and the things on my amazon wishlist (camera, a few cookbooks, etc.)

    5. Love oats...rolled oats, old fashioned oats...oat bran!
