Breakfast, meeting and back to work!

Do you see anything wrong with this picture??

Started the day off with some Bob's red mill scottish oats with pumpkin and an egg white thrown in for some protein, some pumpkin spice and sugar free maple sugar. Yummo!!

Then it was time for a quick lunch before i had to get ready for a meeting that i volunteer with! But first i got some walking in on the way there.

I'll be home long enough to get changed for work. Not scheduled but it will give me some extra $ for Christmas shopping.

Hope your having a healthy day!

Nope. I don't see a damn thing wrong with that top picture....feet up, looks like Christmas decorations in the background, fluffy kitty on your lap....what could be wrong?!?

BTW, pumpkin oatmeal sounds yummy!

I'm thinking the cat's tail in the legs is too far away to be the cat in the photo's tail. There is a second cat on the ground, right?

Nope, we only have one cat Snuffy!

Looks like your kitty is a great chest warmer. Must be nice when winter settles in. It also looks like you're all ready for Christmas. Yikes. I need to get myself in gear. Maybe tomorrow. I'm babysitting the grand babies today and babies and cute little decorations don't mix especially well.
I put pumpkin in my oatmeal the other day, but I didn't add the egg white. At what point in the cooking do you add it. (I usually mix pumpkin, oats & ff milk, cook for 2 minutes and then add diced apples, cinnamon, etc).

I mixed it in when the oats were just about ready :) And stir, stir, stir and you'll never know it's in there! It does help to keep me full for longer! I would probably put them in just before the apple etc.
