How's the journaling going??
Well for me this is a great week to be journaling my food. Why?? Because 90% of the year i do and i do it automatically. When do i have a hard time?? Over Christmas!
Now i realize that this challenge would be easy for some and hard for others, just like the sugar free day!
So how are you doing with keeping track of what your eating? Do you find this week just as easy as the rest of the year or do you find yourself trying to slip extra's in and then wondering why the scale shows a gain.
I have to admit i'm one of the ones trying to enjoy all the Christmas extras without worrying about it. I also realize that have to stop doing it!! My nemesis is anything with sugar.
It doesn't help that i went to swiss chalet for a chicken dinner and they gave me free Lindt chocolates after!! At least i remembered to write it down.
I think i'm going to have to do some more sugar free days to get it out of my system. I also think making sure i'm getting lots of water in will help :)
So enough about me how is your journaling going??

So far so good! It's a habit now :)
I did my journaling on Spark People. I was surprised! I ate what I usually ate and was just under 1200 calories for the day.
I have always tracked my food, exercise, etc. Whether or not I lose weight--it's always been very obvious why just by scanning through my journal. Now I have just joined WW online, and I am enjoying tracking there. It's new, and different, and I find I am having fun with it (I know, how boring is my life that I think that is fun? LOL).

Felt good to journal. It had been awhile
Since joining ww I have been really good about journaling....really good. Enter new plan + Christmas season, and I just suck now! I think its the new plan coupled with the fact I have to take time to look up all my food now, can't do it on autopilot like before. Not that it's a bad thing, just terrible timing. terrible. I am still trying each day I get up to make it a good day...but find it hard. Hoping it will be easier once the holidays are over.
I am seriously addicted to sugar as well. Do you find the free fruit has upped your appetite for sweets? It seems to have awakened mine. I think, even though its free, I DO need to limit fruit. No matter what WW says.
I know i can't go crazy on fruit or i'd definitely be gaining! I love some though but yes i do have to watch it!

My tracking has gone really well. And I too had a festive special at Swiss Chalet not long ago! :) We still have MOST of the lindt chocolates, I'm saving them for Christmas.
Going well so far;)
Journaling is going great so far. I'm a little worried about Christmas day. Just need to get in the right mindset so I do well and have no regrets. :)
