1. I get stressed because my husband is hard to make happy as far as gifts and his birthday is just a few days later..there are so many things I want to do out and so many things I want to do at home.
2. Turkey breast. But at christmas we always ate ham --it's a southern thing. My husband doesn't eat pork so this Christmas this plan is Chinese.

1. Are you stressed over the holidays??

Mulled wine - yes! But give me a cold cocktail any day instead - it's summer here in New Zealand! A gin and tonic goes down well...
1. Yes-- this year probably a bit more than others, b/c I've lost a lot of weight, and there's been the stress of not gaining it back!
2. Love the dark meat, especially cold, but I like the white meat too.
3. Side dish is hard to choose-- probably both the dressing and sweet potatoes
4. Yes- my mom makes a really good cranberry salad we always have-- ground cranberries, marshmallows, whipped topping, and walnuts.
5. Never tried eggnog. Have no desire to!

Up and down. I'm losing my enthusiasm for the holidays, but want to get it back. Stress is about the family "issues", not necessarily about the plans and preparation.
Love the white meat and GRAVY
Either cranberry sauce or green bean casserole. My aunt used to make a yam soufle that was incredible, but I haven't had it in years.
