Started with some banana protein pancakes with pb2 with cocoa and sugar free maple syrup! After that i got my yak traks on (to help me not fall again this week) and got out for a wonderful 70 minute walk :)

I need to pick up some of those yak tracks. I am terrible on ice and I hear they work really well!
It was the first day i used them and i felt a lot safer in them :)
One year i fell 6 times on the same knee!
That's great that your yak tracks worked. I would imagine that a fear of falling would take a lot of joy out your walks. Now you can relax and enjoy!

oh not the snow! This is why I like Arkansas, don't get one of those snows but once every ten years!

I love the pictures! We had flurries yesterday but it just iced over and no snow :( The pancakes do look delish. I think I'm going to be making a trip to the store when the roads melt some so I can get some more bananans.

I am so proud of you for walking, even in the snow. Here in Oklahoma, when it snows (once in a blue moon), we bundle up, schools close, and dont' even go to the store LOL but true.
