My number were abbreviated for my gastric bypass stomach but I got in 3 serving every day. Mostly by way of fruits, though yesterday I was able to add some vegetables too. Today will be no problem as I have plenty of fruits planned for today
I used those microwavable veggie packs as snacks when I was super hungry. Also throw blueberries into my yogurt in the morning. I still need more each day though.
Awesome! Got it, well except for Monday and Tuesday when I had a stomach bug and couldn't eat anything at all. Love this challenge , going to make it a habit for now on!
I didn't do as well as I hoped but got in at least 3-4 servings everyday. This week I will work on upping that by 1 or 2 servings per day. Thanks for giving me something to work towards this week Suzi I needed that.
I rocked this challenge! I do love me some fruits and veggies, though, so it was easy for me. Berries, bananas, and apples, oh, my! Oh, and don't get me started on those salads! Yummy! :-D What a delicious challenge! What's next?
I've done really great on this one Suzi! The first day I only got a total of 4 servings in, but I ramped up and have done aT LEAST 5 every day so far. And I'm not even counting chocolate beans or popcorn!
Too bad I still had plenty of room for brownies. The ultimate comfort food.
All done via salads every night!
ReplyDeleteAnd sides!
