All done via salads every night!And sides!
My number were abbreviated for my gastric bypass stomach but I got in 3 serving every day. Mostly by way of fruits, though yesterday I was able to add some vegetables too. Today will be no problem as I have plenty of fruits planned for today
I used those microwavable veggie packs as snacks when I was super hungry. Also throw blueberries into my yogurt in the morning. I still need more each day though.Loving your blog!~Carly@http://thenextrightchoice.blogspot.com

Awesome! Got it, well except for Monday and Tuesday when I had a stomach bug and couldn't eat anything at all. Love this challenge , going to make it a habit for now on!

I rocked this challenge. Woot! At least 5 a day, but some days more (=
I did quite well. I never have a problem with fruit, but all but one day I had veggies with both lunch and dinner!
I didn't do as well as I hoped but got in at least 3-4 servings everyday. This week I will work on upping that by 1 or 2 servings per day. Thanks for giving me something to work towards this week Suzi I needed that.
I was able to get at least five servings in each day. Fruits were easier for me than veggies.
I rocked this challenge! I do love me some fruits and veggies, though, so it was easy for me. Berries, bananas, and apples, oh, my! Oh, and don't get me started on those salads! Yummy! :-DWhat a delicious challenge! What's next?
You'll find out tomorrow :) All i can say is that some people will find this mega easy and some people will find it hard!
I've done really great on this one Suzi! The first day I only got a total of 4 servings in, but I ramped up and have done aT LEAST 5 every day so far. And I'm not even counting chocolate beans or popcorn!Too bad I still had plenty of room for brownies. The ultimate comfort food.
I did it and loved it. I want veggies and dip now.
Even with struggling this week, I only missed Weds. & Thursday.
I got in 7 servings 5 days and 3 servings the other two , so I think I did great. ( I am having trouble remembering what the actual goal was !)
I walked tall and kicked ass in my fruit and veggies intake. Totally met the challenge - thanks for setting it up! Cheers, Rick

Thanks for the Challenge...wasn't to hard as Weight Watchers suggests that for us....I did it!!!Love my fruits and veggies!!
