  2. My number were abbreviated for my gastric bypass stomach but I got in 3 serving every day. Mostly by way of fruits, though yesterday I was able to add some vegetables too. Today will be no problem as I have plenty of fruits planned for today

  3. I used those microwavable veggie packs as snacks when I was super hungry. Also throw blueberries into my yogurt in the morning. I still need more each day though.

    Loving your blog!

  10. I didn't do as well as I hoped but got in at least 3-4 servings everyday. This week I will work on upping that by 1 or 2 servings per day. Thanks for giving me something to work towards this week Suzi I needed that.

  11. I was able to get at least five servings in each day. Fruits were easier for me than veggies.

  14. I've done really great on this one Suzi! The first day I only got a total of 4 servings in, but I ramped up and have done aT LEAST 5 every day so far. And I'm not even counting chocolate beans or popcorn!

Too bad I still had plenty of room for brownies. The ultimate comfort food.
