Question day once again!!


1. What are your favorite things to add to waffles or pancakes??

2. How many fruits or veggies have you had so far today?

3. My daughter always amazes me in that she can buy a pint of ben and jerry's ice cream and simply take a spoonful now and then when she remembers she has it! She may not have any for a couple of weeks and then will go back and have another spoonful! Me?? I'd eat the whole thing. It's the same with chocolate i've seen my daughter have a bit then forget about it until the chocolate is no longer edible!! I swear she's an alien :) So which side of the fence are you on?? Are you all or nothing? Can you enjoy just a spoonful of things??

2. I haven't had any so far today. But I have been getting in my 5 servings this week. :)

3. With ice cream, I do take a spoonful from time to time and am happy with that. But don't do well with brownies or cake around. I guess it depends on your weakness. I also keep dark chocolate around and have a small piece each night.

4. mustard

5. Lime with my margarita but I love to eat oranges. Last night I made a lemony chicken saltimbocca that was very lemony and yum. Guess I like all the citrus. :)

1. My favorite thing to mix with waffles is syrup and powdered sugar, however it has been a very long time since I had pancakes or waffles.

2. I'm working on 2 fruit servings right now with a medium apple with about 2 tbsp of chunky peanut butter.

3. It depends on what the item is. It it is ice cream or candy, I can usually have a bite and leave it alone, but if it is cookies of any type, I can't stop at just one. That is why I don't keep cookies in the house. I can't stop with one or even with one serving. Knowing your weaknesses is a real advantage when you are trying to stick to a plan.

4.My favorite condiment is probably ketchup but I can't use it often as it is not a good choice for the foods I like. My next in line would be spicy brown mustard. I use it in a lot of things. Sometimes I will take a piece of cheese, and turkey or ham and add a little brown mustard and then roll it around a pickle for a breadless sandwich type snack.

5. I definitely prefer orange. I especially love mandarin type oranges.

1. I like my waffles dry and I eat them with my hands! Pancakes have to be loaded with tons of butter and syrup. Needless to say, I haven't had either in a long time!

2. It's only 8:45 AM here so none yet.

1. I take apple slices with cinnamon and nuke them till they are soft. Spread them on the waffles and drizzle with a little lite syrup. Yummy!!!
2.Only one today but lunch is coming and will have 2 more servings.
3.When I am "in the zone" I can get by with just a taste or the 1/2 cut serving size. But watch out when that binge hits!!!
4.Is grated cheese a condiment???
5.Lemon in my water!!!

3. I'm an all or nothing. If I have it, it gets eaten!
4. Not really a condiment person. I've been eating hummus with my veggies lately. But usually I just like a little bit added with my food.

3. I am learning moderation. :) I would want to eat the whole pint of ice cream, but I'm learning that I can be satisfied with a serving. But I won't forget it's in the freezer for sure! lol

I USED to be the all or nothing person. But, now, I can eat just one cookie or take one bite of ice cream!!

3. I can buy something, then forget about it, just depends on the day. I have had a half gallon of ice cream in my freezer for over two months that have only had one cone made from.. so just depends I guess..

5. Lemon, lime or orange? Definitely lemon. I can't stand limes or oranges.
