    Oh ok then, here we go:

    1.Back building up on the exercise and eating healthy.

    2.I am a bit of an insomniac at the moment, so it plays havoc with my rhythm of the day.

    3. My husband:)

    4. Saturday, because I know I have the weekend to spend with my darling.

    2. Morning person!!! If I don't exercise before noon, it is likely never to happen.

  4. 1. I have exercised every day and stuck to my food plan.

    2. I used to be a night owl and would stay up to all hours but lately I've become a morning person. I think I get more exercise in and more chores done when I get up early.

  5. 1. Exercising and counting calories.

    2. BOTH! When I awaken in the middle of the night I just figure it's time for a workout. If I fry myself good I can get back to sleep.

    3. My kids as they wandered downstairs this AM.

    5. I have two pairs of good shoes~one for all workouts, and one for the day-to-day. Totally not interested in running yet, but I should be...

    I exercised the last 2 days

    2. Are you a morning person or a night owl? How does this interfere/affect/or does it your ability to exercise??
    Probably neither- I have a hard time staying up late, but yet I don't like getting up in the morning! (I've always needed a lot of sleep!) It makes it really hard to get up in the morning to exercise.

    Saturday

    1 that I currently run in, but I have 2 other pairs that have been "passed down," b/c I can't run in them anymore, but I still wear them!

    morning person, I do my treadmil first thing, even before my coffee!!

  8. 1. What have you done in the last week to help you stay healthy? Running...and resting when needed...and actually listening to when my body felt hungry/feeding it!

    2. Morning person or night owl? Affect my ability to exercise? Generally, I am one of those annoying morning people (except lately - sun doesn't rise until almost 9 am in Moscow -ugh). Getting up at a reasonable hour for me=working out in the am (but not 5 am, more like 8:30)=staying on track with my eating for the rest of the day...funny how it all works together! (I ONCE tried to go swimming at 6 am when in university...I wanted to cry as soon as I got in.)

    3. Who was the last person to make you smile? One of my neighbours.

    4. What is your favorite day of the week? Thursday!

    5. How many pairs of running shoes do you own? One (three if you include the worn-out ones I just wear around outdoors when not actually running/exercising). Is it weird to just have one good pair at a time?

  10. 1. started treadmill training for 5k,..so slllllllowww...2 miles in 45 minutes..

    2. both..i 've worked night shift and now work during the day . i like to be up and at em at all hours. when I was in my 20's I'd stay up 24 hours a day on occasion.

  12. I have done a lot of walking because we were at the inlaws and disneyland so eating was not good

    Im a morning person, my little one gets me up early so im barely awake at night

    My baby boy talking to the cartoons is making me smile

    1. What have you done in the last week to help you stay healthy?

    Concentrated on what I was eating by sitting at the table - thanks Suzi!

    2. Are you a morning person or a night owl? How does this interfere/affect/or does it your ability to exercise??

    Night owl, but work dictates otherwise. I find if I do the Night Owl thing I'm not that motivated to exercise the next day. If you want to soar with the Eagles in the morning, you can't hoot with the owls all night.

    3. Who was the last person to make you smile??

    My husband.

    4. What is your favorite day of the week?

    Friday (I love the anticipation of the weekend).

    5. How many pairs of running shoes do you own??

    Two (and I replace them when the mileage dictates. They may look okay, but my feet know otherwise).

    1. Exercised and ate within my calorie budget. And someone had me doing pushups. :)

    5. 3. Only one is used for running. The others are old running shoes that I use for walking.

  15. 1. I wrote down all my food in my tracker and stayed within my daily points. Exercised almost every day and checked these blogs to keep me motivated.

    2.I work 2nd shift so I'm a night owl. I have to make myself get up at a reasonable hour so I can squeeze in some exercise before I have to go to work at 3:30pm.

    4.Saturday/Sunday!!! No work!! Get to spend time with the family.

    5. 2 pairs of running shoes. Haven't really run in them though but Dr. said they have the best arch support! Have jogged a bit though.

  16. 1. I just do what I do regularly: walk, yoga and eat mindfully.
    2. I'm definitely a morning person. I'm better off exercising in the morning. If I don't, it becomes a chore in the afternoon or evening.
    3. My cleaning lady made me smile today when she told me she heard my son playing the piano and how impressed she was.
    4. Favourite day of the week: TGIF!!!
    5. I own three pairs of running shoes, one with laces, one that I can slip on after surgery and a third with velcro (that nasty surgery thing again).

    Off the exercise now...in the afternoon.

    2. Are you a morning person or a night owl? How does this interfere/affect/or does it your ability to exercise?? Night owl. I am always there late at night except when I meet with my trainer!

    5. How many pairs of running shoes do you own?? Oh my...ummm...at least 10. I love shoes especially tennis shoes! But 1 pair solely devoted to running and is replaced like clockwork! The others are just to look cute!

    Good, especially the walking in COLD weather.

    2. Are you a morning person or a night owl? How does this interfere/affect/or does it your ability to exercise??
    I tend to be a little bit of both. I like to exercise either first thing in the morning (when I am a morning person) or if I am up late, about noon.

    1) I've tracked all my food, gone for long walks, and drank a TON of water.
    2) Morning person for sure. I have better workouts when i'm first up.
    3) My husband makes me smile every day. (I'm lucky!!)
    4) My favorite day of the week is Saturday.
    5. Three pairs of running shoes now, one for gym workouts, one for walking and a third for mucky beachy or rainy walking.

  21. 1-Changed my attitude, exercised, keep calories in line, got my water in and stayed focused!

    2-Morning person - I get up at 5:00to exercise.

    2. Are you a morning person or a night owl? How does this interfere/affect/or does it your ability to exercise??
    I'm a night owl, but I have to get up early to fit exercise into my schedule. it mucks with my night owl thing by making me tired too early...but on the other hand, by the time I take my bus to the gym in the morning I'm awake enough to get the workout done. And that early there aren't so many people...which is great :)

    Sunday. Sleep in. Pancakes and relax and catch up on life day.

    Three -an old OLD pair for chores. Old pair for work. Current pair for the gym.

  23. Love your question....
    1. First thing is I tried to eat as green and balanced for my body maintained weight as I could and second, I walked each day four miles in the cold instead of staying in a warm bed!
    2.I am a morning person as far as I walking because it is coffee for me, I have to have it to have a good start on my day. I may go to bed early, but I watch cooking shows till midnight on most nights while the hubby sleeps.
    3. My sweet granddaughter who told me ...Nana, you can change your name as many times as you want to and her name was "Wizard" for that day. When I asked her what I was changing mine to she said I was just Nana, maybe Papa could change it for me. I couldn't help but smile!
    4. Saturday, because my hubby shares it with me.
    5.I buy pair at a time until I get over 500 miles, mark the inside tung for a date. I only buy Armour and I only ware them for walking or running, never for anything else.

    Morning - but I can not get up and workout right away. Guess I'm getting old - or is it lazy? LOL

    My daughter - I smile just seeing her sweet face.

    One, and they are oooollllldddddd :( Sad, right? I really need to buy a new pair soon.
