And how did i spend my afternoon today?? At a clinic waiting to get prescriptions renewed :( Not the greatest way to spend my day off!
But the good news for today was that my eats were bang on and i drank a ton of water, although i could/should have gone for a walk but by the time i got home and got dinner ready it was starting to get dark. One of these days i'll have to get a treadmill or an elliptical machine.
So far i've stayed off of the scale, how are you doing??

I've stayed off too, but I must say it has crossed my mind a couple of times. Not my idea of fun either, the clinic. Yeah for good eats!
sorry you had to spend your day off waiting on prescription. Way to go on the good eating though and the water. Sorry I've been missing, not sure where I've been lol. Big hugs though.
My Husband picked up a treadmill at our local town dump. They have an area where people bring good things in to swap. It was in great condition...not a great fancy one with all the bells and whistles but it gets the job done for me. The best part was it was free. Do you have something like that in your town? He also got a nordic track there that was almost brand new. The things people get rid of...just amazes me!
The scale has been calling to me but I have not gotten on it. Gonna wait till my next weigh in at W/Ws next Tuesday. It is making me a little nuts though wondering how I am doing. Guess I just gotta trust the plan and stick to it.

Wow not a good way to spend the day. Thanks for you support on my blog lately and sorry for not commenting these last few days. I missed question day and I hate that. I got my treadmill on Craigslist for $125.00 and it is great. Have a good weekend.
