Calling all challengers!

This weeks challenge was to plan meals in advance and/or plan exercise!

So how did I do?? Well as far as meal planning it went great except for the day I forgot to take my lunch, however I waited until I got home and then you can believe I enjoyed it.

As far as exercise? I did exercise more than I have in a while so that was good. I do know, however, that I could have done more.

So how did the challenge go for you this week?? I'm looking forward to reading  your comments.

New Challenge:
This weeks challenge is going to be to try a new recipe, then blog about it with a picture and finally to review it :)
This could be a lot of fun! This doesn't have to be a complicated recipe it can be a very easy one.

  3. I did well. I always plan my meals and my exercise but I also sometimes add to the plan as I go along. I can do the one for this week so sign me up.

  5. I did terrible...I completely forgot about the challenge and I've had a pretty bad week. I know that the bad food choices I've been making are making me feel sluggish and not healthy....need to start planning again asap!

  6. I did it, I did it...and this was the most difficult challenge ever. I really need to do this again and again and again.

  9. I'm so off track that I don't even know if I agreed to the challenge or not last week. Certainly, I didn't follow it. I should have!

    This week I will try a new recipe. I have it all picked out already, I just can't remember the name of it. It's a breakfast thing with potatoes and eggs, and it's in the Cook This/Not That book.

  10. I did well last time, and it helped that we went up north. Had to plan what foods we'd bring with us. I'd love to try a new recipe, so yep, I'm in on this one, too! great idea. :-D

  12. Last week's challenge I failed miserably at! I did plan the exercise but did not complete one day of it! Oh well off to a new week :)

    I love the challenge this week, how fun! And a great way to meet new blogs! Fantastic idea, I am so in.
