This weeks challenge was to plan meals in advance and/or plan exercise!
So how did I do?? Well as far as meal planning it went great except for the day I forgot to take my lunch, however I waited until I got home and then you can believe I enjoyed it.
As far as exercise? I did exercise more than I have in a while so that was good. I do know, however, that I could have done more.

This weeks challenge is going to be to try a new recipe, then blog about it with a picture and finally to review it :)
This could be a lot of fun! This doesn't have to be a complicated recipe it can be a very easy one.
