Today...

I decided to make something new for breakfast this morning, a kind of experiment and boy oh boy is this a good one :)

If you don't have a waffle maker these would make a good giant pancake! And because of the protein they won't leave you needing more. These make one portion and i love that because there aren't any more to tempt you.

Chocolate/banana/raspberry waffle

I used my regular protein waffle/pancake recipe and i added 1/2 a mashed banana and 2 tsp cocoa powder. After they were cooked i added a handful of fresh raspberries, a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup and a drizzle of sf maple syrup!!! These are sooooooooo good. They are definitely going to appear on my menu again.

Those look divine! I had a boring breakfast today. Some egg substitute with half a bagel and some light cream cheese. Yours looks infinitely better. :)

Yum ! It's a waffle kind of day I think. We had sourdough waffles here with bacon. Fresh raspberries are not available here yet, but strawberries and blueberries are !
