Back to work!

Yes I'm no longer a lady of leisure :)

Today started with some oats with blueberries and cranberries. Then I had to go do some grocery shopping where I spent too much money.

For lunch I had some pear with prosciutto and goat cheese a drizzle of honey and walnuts  with a side of veggies!

For work I'm taking a meal replacement with extra protein, 2 clementines and some of my trail mix :) I threw in a piece of crystallized ginger!

I was just looking at goat cheese in the store yesterday. I've never had it before, but I've seen several people blog about it. You come up with some really unique combinations- looks good!
