So how did the challenge of using smaller plates/dishes work for you this week??
I have to admit I usually do this but I wanted to do this challenge for people that don't. Did you notice a difference?? Would love to hear how this worked for you!
For me the presentation of my food means a lot! It can be the difference between a great meal and just eating for the sake of eating. The funny thing is that the food can be macaroni and cheese but if it's presented well I feel like I couldn't get a better meal at a restaurant :)

It is a perfect habit for me by now. I only use small dishes all the time anyway. It help me to feel like I am getting more food.
I didn't follow the challenge, but I can definitely tell presentation means a lot to you. Your food looks gorgeous. I truly think presentation is important too, but sometimes I let it slide. Note to self - it's all part of the experience.
To be honest, I didn't do well with this at all. My husbands best friend was in an accident this week and I haven't thought about much else.
Didn't do too much of this...though I have started bringing my lunch to work again...
This one was super easy since it was something that I instituted when I started my serious walk to weight loss. Love it!
I did a few meals. But had a hard time since my work plates are all the big plastic ones... I need to buy some cute small ones.. heading to the dollar store tonight to check out the kids section! lol
