Calling all fellow challengers :)


Sooooo how did eating a fruit or veggie with every meal go?? I loved this challenge. I love how much colour and taste you add to a meal when you add fruit or veggies :)

I know several of us are pro's at this but for those that aren't how did you do?
Was it hard at first?? Will you continue to do this?
I would love to hear your comments about your weekly challenge.

Tomorrow will be the next challenge!! Are you ready???

I did okay, I could have done alot better though. I did manage to get some sort of veggie in even if it was a small portion.

Definetly going to continue to strive for this one on a daily basis !!

I'm ready for the next challenge. I didn't take on the veggie/fruit one because I figured it'd be cheating...as I always have either a fruit or veggie with every, single meal. Didn't want to be a "cheater." LOL!

I'm game for the next one! BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did fairly well except for the one day I went without either. I am with Chubby Mcgee though, I usually eat them with every meal and as snacks.

I did great as far as the fruit, but could have done better with the veggies.

I didn't take this challenge, but I have had plenty of fruit this week, too much I think....

I can't wait to hear the next challenge. I always have some kind of fruit or veggie w/my meals.

I would have done much better at this had I not been on vacation for the first half of the week. Even so I think there was only one meal that didn't include *any* amount of fruit or veggies. Unless you count french fries and ketchup.
