Just trying to get strong and healthy!
I did okay, I could have done alot better though. I did manage to get some sort of veggie in even if it was a small portion. Definetly going to continue to strive for this one on a daily basis !!
I'm ready for the next challenge. I didn't take on the veggie/fruit one because I figured it'd be cheating...as I always have either a fruit or veggie with every, single meal. Didn't want to be a "cheater." LOL!I'm game for the next one! BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did fairly well except for the one day I went without either. I am with Chubby Mcgee though, I usually eat them with every meal and as snacks.
I did great as far as the fruit, but could have done better with the veggies.
I didn't take this challenge, but I have had plenty of fruit this week, too much I think....
I can't wait to hear the next challenge. I always have some kind of fruit or veggie w/my meals.
I would have done much better at this had I not been on vacation for the first half of the week. Even so I think there was only one meal that didn't include *any* amount of fruit or veggies. Unless you count french fries and ketchup.
I love my fruits and veggies, so I did great on this one. What's next?:-D
