My nosh for today!


Just to stay accountable here's my nosh for today:

Brekkie: three gain hot cereal (barley, wheatberries, kamut berries made in a crockpot and frozen in individual servings), 2 tbsp sf syrup, 10g raisins

Lunch:
veggies, 2 cheese strings, pumpkin cornbread muffin, shrimp, greek yogurt, walnuts, honey and blueberries

At work:
protein meal replacement, pineapple, almonds
