1. Have you made any goals for March??
Yes! I would like to begin biking at least 4 miles three times a week. Another goal is to stay closer to 1200 calories/day.

2. What do you have planned for exercise today?
Walking.

3. What are some of the ways you stay accountable on your journey?
Day to day: keeping track of what I eat and how much I exercise. Blogging of course, too.

4. Are you sick of snow/winter yet??
I wouldn't say sick, but I am looking forward to spring and being outside without as many clothes.

5. What are you planning on doing just for you this week??
Reading: I am into my second book!

6. When you look out your kitchen window what do you see?
My backyard with beautiful oak trees and snow up to the window ledge!

Have a great day, Suzi!

1. Have you made any goals for March??

I want to get below 155 before the end of this month.

2. What do you have planned for exercise today?

I'm going to do the mini-tramp workout again and also get 30 minutes on my glider.

3. What are some of the ways you stay accountable on your journey?

I own up to my errors and I always get back up when I fall. I also blog most of my falls so that I can be accountable to my blogging friends. I also log my food on Jillian Michael's website.

4. Are you sick of snow/winter yet??

I've been sick of winter since just after Christmas. Can't wait for spring.

5. What are you planning on doing just for you this week??

Sticking to the plan and getting myself in better shape by working out every day.

6. When you look out your kitchen window what do you see?

My back yard.

1. Have you made any goals for March??

Eat cleaner, less processed foods.

2. What do you have planned for exercise today?

I have to wait for a package all day at someone else's house, so probably not much of anything. I have packed a VERY healthy lunch and snack bag and hopefully I'll be out of there with enough time to go to the DMV.

3. What are some of the ways you stay accountable on your journey?

I am aware of the good and bad food choices I make although since I am a stress-eater, I try not to put too much pressure on myself.

4. Are you sick of snow/winter yet??

I WISH we had one good snow. I live in the desert so our snow is minimal. I am content with 65 degrees because the next season means it will be 115 degrees.

5. What are you planning on doing just for you this week??

Yesterday I got my hair cut so I wouldn't have to take much time styling it for work. Also it was damaged as hell... that's most it.

6. When you look out your kitchen window what do you see?

A bunch of desert plants in our back yard. And dirt. Can't say I love it... but what can ya do? The people and job I love are here.
