This weeks challenge!!


The challenge for this week is bicep curls!!

This is great for people of all different fitness levels. You can use no weights, soup cans, dumbbells or whatever you wish to use.

So who's up for the challenge this week??? I'm thinking of doing them 3 days this week :)
