Today.....

Not too much going on here :)

Friday is one of my busiest days at work so I'm taking a day off from exercising. Roll up the rim is exhausting me this year, must be age catching up to me :)

This morning I started my day off with a brekkie sandwich: egg substitute, cheese slice, 2 slices turkey bacon and a side of grapefruit. Yep that kept me full for quite a while.

Lunch today: broccoli and cheese rolled up in a low carb pita, hot sauce, banana, greek yoghurt, sf chocolate sauce. The bananas were still green so I used pineapple instead! (the pita shot is before I smooshed it all up to eat)

For work I took a protein meal replacement, almonds and I'll buy chicken noodle soup with bun at work!

Wishing everyone a great weekend.

I do the breakfast sandwich a lot but I do one poached egg and Canadian Bacon. Today I just had eggs scrambled with a little cheese and Canadian Bacon and skipped the bread.

Yum x 10. How long does this Roll up the Rim last? I'm not a coffee drinker, but I can see how the contest would excite people.

I love that color you chose for your I'll Never Quit Club badge! Goes perfect with your blog colors. And ANYTHING would go with that scrumptious pic of the brekkie sandwich. :-)

Welcome to the club. ;-)

Hmmm. . where the heck was I this last week? I totally missed this challenge.

I've been eating exclusively on small plates and bowls for a while now and really enjoy it. Now if I'm at somebody else's house and i get a regular dinner plate the empty space is unnerving.
