Started the day by doing laundry then progressed to catching a bus to get to a meeting!
Of course I had brekkie before I left. Eggs, bagel thin, jam and turkey bacon.
To save money I took a home made latte and a couple of mandarins to the meeting instead of buying a coffee and a snack.
Lunch was another green smoothie, some soup, a carrot pineapple bran muffin with some coconut butter.
After lunch all I wanted to do was sit and the computer and do nothing!! However, the sun came out so i got off my toosh and went for a walk.
Now I'm off to do some more cleaning before I have to get dinner ready :)

You have a lot of black squirrels there. That's so cool! I rarely see them here in PA. I think they're the coolest since they're different. But...I'm a nerd like that.
OMG Coconut butter! I've never had it but I can just imagine it. Do you have a recipe or can you tell me where you get it? I love looking at you breakfast photo. It looks scrummy to me.:)
