I don't know about you but I have to take some daily medications as well as some daily vitamin supplements. I have to admit that sometimes I forget to take them and that's not a good thing as far as my medications go.
So this week my challenge is to plan what the best time is to take my meds and to take them!! I may put a note on the fridge to remind me :)
Anyone else with me this week??

I'm on birth control, and I take my pill first thing in the morning as soon as I get up so I don't forget. I always keep a filled up water bottle by my bed also. And vitamins I never forget to take - it's become a habit so that if I forget to take my vitamins, it feels weird.
I with you on this one. It comes at a great time for me. I'm trying to take baby steps to get back to where I was. This is a great next step.
One Advil a day.
Can't forget that!
now this challenge I have in the bag!!!
;P
I blew the last challenge as I got lazy with my exercising but I'm wish you here. Vitamins are part of my daily regimen and some of them have to be spaced 2 hours apart so I believe I can handle this challenge very well. :)
Totally with you! This is one area that I definitely need to work on.
Count me in on this one, I forget at least twice a week:(
I'm in. I take mood stabilizers and lately it has gotten so bad that I'm only taking them 2-3 times a week. They have crummy side effects and it's too easy to just not feel up to dealing with them, but now my symptoms are starting to return. I went three days straight this week with less than five hours of sleep total. It needs to stop.
A multi vitamin and lately a 1/2 cup of prune juice (I know not a pill but a daily none the less). I'm in for sure!!! I've missed being in on your challenges the past few weeks.
Count me in on this one, I am totally a slacker when it comes to taking my daily dose of vitamens ( multi, calicum, B6 and Omega 3's) plus BCP which I take at night.
I've been slacking in all my goals, so I'm starting over with everything tomorrow.
I take one each for diabetes, cholesterol and high blood pressure each day. Oh yeah, and a low dose aspirin.
I just spent over $60 on the following that are recommended (not by drs.) for diabetics, to help you get off meds. I plan on starting them in the morning.
Multi vitamin/mineral, C, D, fish oil, gymnema and gtf chromium.
HI Suzi. I'm with you. I'm terrible and forget to take my vitamins on a regular basis. Wish me luck this week.
Count me in. I take calcium, womens 1 a day, and a fiber everyday. Seems when I get them out of the jar , they sit on the table for hours before I finally swallow them. I hate to do it since they are big pills. I have to get a good time and schedule to do this so your timing may help me.
