Calling all fellow challengers :)


So how much do you like planks now?? I actually felt like I was getting better at them by the end of the week!

Did you try planks for the first time??

Tomorrow will be the new weekly challenge!

Hello,

I am emerging from lurkdom to comment on your post. We do planks in yoga fusion class and they just about kick me to the curb. Plank to down dog. Ugh.

Last session I asked if we could do less planks and I swear the instructor included more ha ha ha.

Way to go for getting better with them.

I did some.... then I took a plank break.

I wasn't able to do many. My upper body is too weak but I did try. I should keep on trying and they will get easier for me.

I used to do them when I did Yoga(I haven't done Yoga in a few years) so I thought I'd do better than I did. Man, they are HARDer to do now!

I just checked out a Yoga dvd a bloggy friend said was really good, so I'll be doing more planks when I get it, which should be in a week or so, depends on how long it takes to be delivered.

Can't wait for the next challenge!!

I got a in a few days of planking ! I did them while the commercial were on the TV.

I did them every day, but I have to say those one arm planks were a challenge. Now I have something to work on for sure.
