A good week so far!

I'm on day 3 of this weeks challenge and I've exercised every day so far :) That is amazing for me!! Today was a walk, some squats and some pushups and the icing on the cake?? A plank!

Some weeks just seem so much easier than others. I'm definitely not complaining this week.

I felt like some eggs for breakfast today so I had scrambled eggs with light laughing cow cheese, a slice of squirrelly bread, sugar free lemon curd, and turkey bacon and of course my one coffee of the day on the side :)
Before I went on my walk I had some coconut curry tofu with roasted green beans with parmesan cheese
After my walk I put together a banana, some pb2 and some love grown granola that was sent to me!! Oh my this maybe the best dish on earth :)

I'm feeling healthy and strong today, if I felt like this everyday I'd have this journey to health under my belt in no time :)

What extra movement/exercise have you done today??

Hey Suzi !!!

Okay, that banana concoction looks so yummmy...what kind of granola is that ?

I got in a 4 mile walk plus some Zumba. If the hubby goes to bed early tonight, I many sneak out for an outdoor walk.

Alright, now I want some of that banana concoction. Looks divine! Please post your "recipe" (ok, list of ingredients you pile on the bananas) so I can recreate myself. Thanks! :)

Mmm...everything looks delicious!! I still haven't tried my PB2 yet...must do that! Is that coconut curry tofu from Superstore by chance? I've been eye balling one there for a while. How was it?

Wow, Suzi! No snow in the pictures any more! As much as I love snow, I am glad we have moved on. Great pictures. My favorite is the roasted green beans.

We are doing okay. Lots of things to process, but we are moving forward. Take care, Michele

Haha...Laughing Cow cheese...my son had some for his snack today and he said, "I love the Laughing Cow cheese. But...I don't laugh when I eat it. I just smile."

Too funny. :)

I ordered it from the low carb grocery online. It's a Canadian company. If your in the states i'm sure you could find it there too!

Today I walked, stretched and went to TKD class. I've moved a lot today and it feels great. Those green beans look tasty.
