Meeting, buses and mango butter!

For breakfast this morning I decided to make a healthy banana split! With a side of eggs and laughing cow cheese, got to get my protein in :)

In case you wondered about the banana split it was a banana, yogurt, strawberries, crofters blackberry jam and LoveGrown foods cocoa granola.

I really needed to do some more cleaning something i really don't like doing. So I rolled up my sleeves and did it while I was still in the mood. (It doesn't usually last too long)

I know I'm feeling great today because I actually took time to blow dry my hair and put makeup on! You know what I mean right?

Then it was time for lunch before heading off on the bus to a meeting: squirrelly bread grilled cheese, veggies and a pineapple muffin with home made mango butter

Guess what I made in the slow cooker last night?? Mango butter!! Now it was an experiment and I'll tweak it but I'm definitely not going to complain about eating it up :)

That food is making me so hungry. You page is bad for my diet. I love the looks of that banana split but bananas are a trigger food for me. I can't have just one and then stop.
