My butt is too acquainted with my chair so I'm in. My extra movement will be walking as I'm getting back in to birding and bodyweight exercises ... squats pushups deadlifts let-me-ins hip extensions I suck at regular exercise routines. :)
I am in. I really need this, and was just thinking that I need to get out and walk every day - now that the sun is shining and the snow is melting, I really have no excuse!

P.S. The weather here is supposed to reach 82+ degrees tomorrow. PERFECT for this challenge...I can take the boys out and run around with 'em. ;)

You can count me in. I need to go make list of what to do each day. Without a schedule, I don't do as good.
