New weekly challenge!!


So this weeks challenge is to do planks everyday :) Can be which ever variation you like or if  your unable to do those then maybe some counter pushups or whatever you feel is a little out of your zone!

Planks are so good for the core and I don't know about you but I need some help there.

Haven't done a plank in a few years but I'll try a few every day.

I'm in. I will give it a try though I have very little upper body strength. I need to get in some kind of exercise routine again anyway. Wish e luck. :)
