    Yes, yes, YES! I usually workout 6-7 times a week. :)

    Salt. I know...I know.....

    I love Wawa's French Vanilla coffee. I haven't had it in over a year though. :(

    4. What was the last movie you watched?
    "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1" and IT ROCKED!!!!!!!!! It's also the first one I didn't see in the theatre. Dang kids. Haha!

    5. Have you tried any new foods lately? Did you like them? Care to share?
    Yes...I got those Laughing Cow Cheese wedges in Queso Fresco and I LOVE THEM! I put them on everything: toast, baked potatoes, eggs, veggie burgers. I'd rather use those than spray/spread margarine. So much flavor!

  2. P.S. I have a black cat (named Poe...he lives with my mom on this massive plot of land in Delaware...where he fights foxes all night) and a huge collection of stuffed Garfields.

    I just make sure I bike most days (6 out of 7) and walk at least every other day.

    Dill weed. Love it in almost anything.

    3. What is your favourite flavour of coffee or tea?
    I am a no flavor kind of gal.

    4. What was the last movie you watched?
    The Fighter: Good, not as violent as I would have thought. Good story.

    5. Have you tried any new foods lately? Did you like them? Care to share?
    I made home made scones with currents for the first time on Easter. Easy and yummy.

    2. What is your favourite seasoning?? Does chocolate count?? Ok, seriously....lemon pepper

    3. What is your favourite flavour of coffee or tea? Neither....can't stand tee or coffee

    4. What was the last movie you watched? The Kings Speech....EXCELLENT movie

    5. Have you tried any new foods lately? Did you like them? Care to share? Nutella... RUN RUN RUN far away...it's delicious...but I so didn't need another 'vice'

  5. Hi Suzy, LOVE question day, but LOVE your kitty even more! SOOO cute!!!!
    1) Yes, I plan my exercise for the week. I prefer going to classes so like to work around the schedule so I can go.
    2) My favorite seasoning? Schwartz's Steak Spice from Montreal.
    3) Favorite flavour of coffee or tea. I'm a black coffee drinker, so no flavour, but I like chai tea.
    4) The last movie I saw? Black Swan. It was 'ok'.
    5) And this week I tried Fage and Chobani greek yogurts. I live in Canada and went over the border to the US last week and bought them there. LOVE them, wish we could get them here.

  6. I haven't done question day in ages, thanks for still having it Suzi.

    1. Do you plan your exercise for the week? I just usually go on certain days so I guess that would be considered planned. If so how many days do you normally exercise?? usually 3-4 days a week.

    2. What is your favourite seasoning?? A sodium free chicken boullion seems to be what I use the most and pepper and red pepper flakes.

    3. What is your favourite flavour of coffee or tea? Hazelnut by far.

    4. What was the last movie you watched? The last fokers movie, it was pretty funny.

    5. Have you tried any new foods lately? Had chicken marsala over the weekend. Did you like them? It was ok. Care to share? it was at a restaurant and I'm sure it wasn't all that healthy lol.

  7. 1. I sort of plan my exercise, but I have a fairly set schedule of what I do (lifting MWF, cardio other days). I don't have to think too much about it anymore.

    2. Favorite seasonings are lemon pepper, cinnamon, and hot sauce!

    3. Favorite coffee? Guatemalan. Favorite tea? Constant Comment.

    4. Last movie - Jesus Christ Superstar.

    5. New foods lately. Chick pea flour, interesting. Coconut flour - love!

  9. 1. I have a workout schedule that I'm supposed to stick to, but sometimes (like today) I leave early and get back home late so I do other things. Today I walked and walked and walked...

    2. My favorite seasoning is Everglades. They just came out with on that has less salt and no MSG and I'm so happy. The original one made me retain water sometimes.

    3. I haven't had coffee in about a year, but when I did drink it I used Coffee-mate sugar free Vanilla Caramel. It's so yummy. My hubby and I were talking last week about starting to drink it again. Mmmm

    4. The last movie I watched was "Paul". It was hilarious!!

    5. Nope, I've not tried anything new food lately. I've been looking for Clementine's but can't find any.
